Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order, as each piece is handmade and unique. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Each journal is handmade in small batches. Natural variations in leather texture, color, and details are part of what makes every piece unique and are not considered defects.
