All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• European Union: 5–10 business days

• International destinations outside the European Union: 7–14 business days

Customs and import taxes

Lost or delayed shipments

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number. We will contact the shipping carrier and assist with tracking the shipment and resolving the issue. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
